VC LOTION contains 2% of a water-soluble vitamin C derivative that helps to heal chapped skin, and also mulberry bark, which gives the skin a rich and moisturized feeling.
It prevents blemishes from forming and creates a clear and translucent skin - recommended for those concerned about dark spots and freckles caused by chapped skin and sunburn.

Vitamin C derivative is a combination of minerals with natural vitamin C (normally prone to be oxidized and unable to easily penetrate the skin) designed to enhance its safety and penetrating power.  After penetrating the skin, vitamin C puts forth its own power and excellent efficacy.
Because of the permeability and immediate efficacy, being water-soluble helps the vitamin C derivative to penetrate into the skin quickly.

Extracted from the roots and bark of the mulberry tree, it leaves the skin moisturized.

Step 1
Shake liquid into hands.

Step 2
Apply with hands by patting onto face. Heat from hands warms toner and helps to penetrate into skin. If desired, a cotton ball can be used.
