1. a. Order amount below HK$1000 must be traded by post (all shipping fee is included in the price,except the ones which are labelled as no postage included)
b. Order amount above HK$1000 can choose either trade by post or face to face trade at Tsuen Wan Station or Panda Hotel

Trade by post (Free of charge for delivery in Hong Kong)
2. If trade by post is chosen, postage is included in the price, no extra cost is needed.(except the items indicated *no postage included*)
3. All items are sent by Hong Kong Post Office or Courier
4. If Registered Mail ($16) is preferred, please choose Registered Mail when placing the order.
5. Local Courier (Fast Express) can be arranged to deliever the products, but buyers have to pay the cost themselves.

6. Payment must be transferred to Hang Seng Bank or China Bank within two working days. After the payment, please email us your order and address. Products will be sent within three working days. Please double confirm the shipping address as we will not resend the parcel for free because of the wrong address and customers have to pay the shipping cost themselves for re-sending of the parcel.
7. We strongly recommend to use registered post or courier for expensive and fragile products. We are not responsible for any lost or damage in time of delivery.
8. If the parcel is too big that it cannot be put in the postbox, a post office notification card will be placed in your postbox, please go to the post office to take the parcel, so the delivery time may take longer.
Oversea members ( To send the parcel Internationally )
1. All products to be sent outside Hong Kong have shipping fees, except the items which are entittled "free shipping"
All products will be sent by Hong Kong Post Office. There's a tracking number for customer to check online when we have sent out the parcels and when the parcels have left Hong Kong. If you would like to send without registered post, please write it in the comment box when checkout.
2. The amount of shipping fee will be billed separately because products will be taken to Hong Kong Post Office for a weight check.

4.. After weight check, shipping bill will be sent to your email. Please finish payment within two days.Once the shipping bill is paid, the products will be sent.

Online tracking information on the delivery status of registered mail/parcels sent overseas is available for selected destinations. You can connect to the mail tracking website of the destinations directly. For destinations not on the list, tracking information is only available up to departure from Hong Kong.
6.In case the parcel is undelivered, no refund is offered for the following conditions:
i, invalid addresses
ii, unclaimed parcel
iii, any transaction terminated by customers (due to shipping cost or mistaken orders)
7. For any re-delivery for returned parcels,
i, customers are liable for any shipping charges involved.
ii, customers should pay the shopping charges as listed in Hong Kong Post Office website

Brazil: 21-51 working days (depend on the custom of Brazil)
Australia/Canada/United Kingdom/New Zealand : 4-10 working days
United States: 7-21 working days
Germany, France, Europe or other areas : 14-31 working days
Singapore or other asian countries: 4-21 working days
The exact delivery time depends on the custom of the country. If the parcel is kept in the custom, it may take longer time to deliver.
9. We offer other speedy shipping methods, like DHL or EMS.
DHL takes two working days for delivery but more expensive
EMS takes about three working days for delivery
If you are interested in sending out the parcels by express mail, please contact us directly.
10. NO SHIPPING FEE (Including free shipping items) will be refunded if the parcel has been sent.

All loses and damage of the products caused by delivery will not be refunded.
Hong Kong Post Office offers only maximum HK$320 for the damage or lose of the registered parcel. In case of damage, evidences(eg. Photos) must be proved and invoice etc must be sent back to the post office for evaluation. In case of damage, please make a claim in the local post office first and email us the details.
