how to use it
How to wear:
Put on the pantyhose before sleep and put it off in the next morning after waking up.
- Slip your toes through the pantyhose. Tug the pantyhose upwards.
- While tugging the pantyhose, make sure the Pressure Pad under the heel is in position.
