A toner that gently removes old surface cells and melanin buildup. Leaves the skin soft and smooth while removing impurities containing melanin for a clear, translucent skin.

<Directions for use>
Use on dry, cleansed skin. Pour liberally onto a cotton pad and gently wipe over the face avoiding eyes. For the places where dead cells tend to accumulate (forehead, nose, and chin), blend onto the skin first to let the ingredients permeate, and then wipe off well.
